There are folks selling scooters / mopeds out there that are over 50 cc that are being sold as 50 cc class scooters, some even having "50" decals on them. This won't work for folks without a driver's licence in N.C. as of July 1 when all mopeds / scooters have to be registered and tagged. If you don't have a driver's license, then you will not be able to register and/or ride an OVER 50 cc scooter / moped legally and it'll be pretty much impossible to get by with doing such a thing as of July 1, 2015. Just trying to help someone who may be looking at a 50 cc "poser" scooter / moped.
